Business Boost Academy is a trading arm of Bucks Business Advice Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales under company number 11174501.
When you register for Business Boost Academy, or purchase one of our memberships you agree to the following terms & conditions:
Membership Duration and Fees
- The membership fee is fixed for the lifetime of the member. If a member cancels their membership and later rejoins, they will be required to pay the current membership price at the time of rejoining.
- Our Business Boost Academy membership is a subscription-based membership, and your next monthly or annual payment will automatically be taken by Stripe on the next scheduled payment date. Members that choose to pay annually will be emailed 10 days prior to their due payment date.
- All our products and services are priced in GBP £ as we are based in the United Kingdom. When you pay through Stripe you will be charged in your local currency at your selected payment provider’s exchange rate of that date. If you want to pay directly via invoice then note that any international bank charges are payable by yourself, not Bucks Business Advice Ltd.
- Business Boost Academy membership runs on an annual subscription, which is provided for a period of 12 months at a time. No refunds are given for our membership packages. You can cancel your membership at any time, however if you are paying for your membership through a monthly payment plan you will be required to continue your payments for the duration of the membership term. You will continue to have access to the Business Boost Academy platform for the duration of your membership period.
- Bucks Business Advice Ltd is not a UK VAT registered company.
Referrals and Rewards
- Members are encouraged to refer their contacts to join the platform.
- For every paying member who joins the platform as a direct result of a member’s referral, the referring member will receive one month’s free membership.
- Members who refer 10 paying individuals will receive an additional two months of free membership, totalling 12 months of free membership.
Non-payment of instalments or membership subscription
- The Business Boost Academy membership can be paid for in monthly instalments. If there is an issue with your payment then you will receive an urgent email message to settle your payment. You will get 7 days to resolve the issue, but if you do not fix it within that time frame then we have the right to suspend access to the membership immediately, until the payment issue is resolved. You will not be eligible for any refunds. Should you choose to leave the platform you will still be required to settle any outstanding membership subscriptions for the duration of that membership period.
Content, Intellectual Property and Usage
- Members have access to all content and online live sessions provided on the Business Boost Academy platform.
- All content is the intellectual property of Bucks Business Advice Ltd. Members must not share or publish this content outside the platform with any third party. Using our content for commercial purposes is prohibited and could result in legal action being taken.
- In purchasing a membership you are confirming that you are purchasing a single license for our online courses and other online services shared through our Business Boost Academy platform, and is for your individual, non-commercial use only.
- Sharing your private log in details with others is prohibited and will result in your account being closed, without any refunds.

- If there is an issue with our downloads then get in touch with us asap in writing steve.bridson@bucksbusinessadvice.com. We will endeavour to rectify any issues as soon as possible on an individual basis.
- Copyright and other relevant intellectual property rights exists on all text relating to Bucks Business Advice Ltd T/A Business Boost Academy’s services and the full content of this website. The Business Boost Academy platform contains material which is owned by or licensed to us. This material includes, but is not limited to, the design, layout, look, appearance and graphics. Reproduction is prohibited other than in accordance with the copyright notice, which forms part of these Terms & Conditions. Redistribution or republication of any part of this site or its content is prohibited without the express written consent Bucks Business Advice Ltd. We will take legal action if required.
Code of Conduct
- Business Boost Academy is an inclusive platform designed to support all business owners. Members must conduct themselves respectfully and professionally. You acknowledge that Bucks Business Advice Ltd T/A Business Boost Academy reserves the right to delete any inappropriate comments in the private online forums and our private Skool community, in order to provide and maintain a safe and supportive learning environment for all members.
- Unacceptable behaviour includes, but is not limited to, aggression, criticism, bullying, or abuse towards other members.
- Members reported for poor behaviour will be subject to an investigation by representatives from Bucks Business Advice Ltd which could result in termination of their membership.
- Management reserves the right to issue formal warnings or remove members from the platform at their discretion.
Privacy
- You give permission for us to add your details to our database system, and to contact you by email in relation to your purchase and to deliver any content related to that purchase. We might also send you information about other products and services that we think you might be interested in. You can always change your email settings or unsubscribe from our emails at the bottom of any email you receive.
- Bucks Business Advice Ltd will not share your details with any third parties.
- Bucks Business Advice Ltd produces and manages courses and memberships on behalf of Business Boost Academy. Bucks Business Advice Ltd is the name that will appear on your bank statements when you purchase from us.
